Tuff Girl is amazing! I joined for a 5 week challenge, and ended up signing up for a year! The trainers are so great and supportive and each class is different so you never get bored. When I first started going, I had no definition in my arms and was very weak in my upper body. Now, I have definition in my arms and I can do push-ups on my toes!
