Our personal training service offers you consistent support and motivation throughout the time we are working together. We will design the best specific workout routine for your fitness level and goals. We will help you work harder, more consistently, and more effectively than you would on your own. Everyone is unique. Each personal training client has a specific goal, and usually more than one. Different fitness goals require different exercise workouts. For example, you are as strong as your weakest link and the same holds true for muscles. If one muscle or joint is weaker with respect to the other connecting muscles, then that weaker muscle will hold you back and will make you stagnate and plateau, sometimes for years. We correct this imbalance through the efficient personal training. You will get faster results in a shorter amount of time by continually tailoring each workout and forcing your body to adapt to the progressive increasing stress. As your body is forced to adapt to the progressively increasing stress, you will become more physically fit - and eventually start looking and feeling better.
Our personal training services includes, but aren't limited to, fitness assessments, muscular endurance and flexibility tests, blood pressure readings, and a cardiovascular fitness assessment. Your Personal Training program will be based on your fitness levels and goals, and include resistance and cardiovascular training, balance and core work, calisthenics, stretching, and abdominal work. All new clients receive a detailed fitness evaluation which includes vitals measurements and fitness tests such as body fat, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. All tests are optional but encouraged to track results and improvements over time. Those who purchase the 20 and 40 session package options get a body composition reading with our high-tech body fat measurement device that provides a 7 page detailed printout on the composition of your body. You will also get one-on-one nutrition assistance and a nutrition journal which we will look over weekly.
