Tuff Fit is a full body workout program that combines calisthenics, flexibility, strength training, circuits, and jogging drills to form a stronger, tighter, fitter you! All you need is 3-20 lb weights, depending on your strength level, and a mat, we provide the rest! We also couple your program up with nutrition coaching so you get the results you want!
We have a program that is designed for men and women of any fitness level; from beginners just entering the fitness world, to the elite fitness buff that just needs a change in their daily routine! This class is about your own fitness progress and success, so challenge yourself at your own pace!
We utilize TRX® Suspension Training, Kettlebells, Balance Balls, Lebert Equalizers, Resistance Bands, Body Bars, Weightlifting and Strength and Core Conditioning and several other tools to make your experience fun and different every time. You will not get bored with the same routine in our classes, we change our workout daily!
